  I like safeway they have good prices. However this one is always understaffed. Whenever I go in there is always only one or two people working the registers. It shouldn't take me 30 minutes to purchase one item. If you only have two people on checkout then you guys need to have self check out lanes

  Worst Safeway store. They only have a few employees working even on the busiest times. So god forbid you need help finding something or can't reach the top shelf. Every time i have come here i've had to wait in a line down the aisle. Also, I am pretty annoyed they don't have a kosher section or even a few things for the Jewish holidays would have been fine like other stores. Finally, this parking lot is so awful and poorly lit. I feel unsafe. It's a shame this is the closest Safeway because I used to love Safeway in my old neighborhood and their sales are great. But I won't be shopping here anymore.

  I've gone to this Safeway for the last 15 years and until recently it was always good. Within the last couple months they took out self check (because they're cheap) and they staff is very defensive when asked why they took it out. I was almost turned away from the deli counter today because the girl working (she was new, not her fault) didn't know how to work the register. My experiences with this location are getting worse and worse to the point of switching which store I shop at. Save the headache.... go to WinCo down the street.
