- 1 / 5By Jared NorrisAbout a year ago I started going to this joint because I live just down the road. The customer service was excellent, everybody was nice, food was warm, very nice atmosphere. I would go there about once a week. All the sudden in the last eight months it has been a bad experience. The people are extremely rude and short with you. They continually mess up on your meal but get upset with you when you bring this to their attention. This has drastically cut down on the times I've revisited and each time I go I keep asking myself why I went. I love the type of food just hate the rude people! If you are not a people person then get the hell out of the customer service industry!January 28, 2017
