- 1 / 5By Genie BrovoldTerrible customer service, the fry grease was dirty and needed to be cleaned, the fried did was terrible because of it. We got there during happy hour, our waitress, pointed it out, and then didn't come back for nearly 20 minutes and happy hour was over, and refused to honor the happy hour prices. No apologies. It was a terrible experience overall and I will probably never go back to that Buzz Inn. Drinks took forever, and nothing came out in the order they paced or together. Our waitress was rude.
