  I like Alfys. I especially like the half off lunch specials. My most recent visit though had a long delay on our pizza order. I suspect that they initially didn't get our order in.

  Nina is rude and should not be in management or customer service. I will be filing a complaint with corporate office. We had a baby shower scheduled for 11 with 25 guests she refused us access to set up before 11. Took a few min to set up and I ordered our pizzas. 45 min later I inquired when our pizzas would be ready ... she claimed I was rude with an attitude and if i didnt stop our party could all leave, this was not the case. Yes, I was frustrated but trying to be patient it was very busy. We were scheduled until 12:30 it was 12:15 before we finally received our pizzas. She informed me that we had to be out of the room at 12:30. Thank goodness for Serah Leeman she was positive helpful and apologetic for the way we were treated. She handled herself like a pro when the store was so far behind and several people were complaining that girl needs a promotion and a raise. Thank you Serah.
